Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s pre-budget consultations. The questionnaire and submissions portal are now closed.

Your feedback will be shared with government officials, including the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, the Minister of Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance, the Parliamentary Secretary, and staff at the Department of Finance. They will consider your input alongside the research economists at the Department of Finance have been doing to help inform decisions on Budget 2022.

While these formal consultations have concluded, Canadians are welcome to share their ideas and comments with the Department of Finance at any time.
